Take Notice that You are to Produce Elya Blanch [..]
the Wife of Thomas Ratleaf< no role > on Friday next at the General
Session of the Peace to be then holden at Hicks-hall in Saint
John Street in and for the County of Middlesex in Order to give
Evidence in the Appeal between Your Parish and that of Saint
Leonard in Shoreditch concerning the Settlement of the Said Thomas
Ratleaf and Elya Blanchia< no role > his Wife of which you have given Notice
Dated Febry. 27th. 1750

on the 28th. Day of February last He did personally serve
a Notice in Writingonat the Dwelling House of Edward
Williams
< no role > One of the Church Wardens of the Parish of St Luke
Middlesex And One other Notice at the Dwelling House of
Henry Sibley< no role > One of the Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. Luke One Notice was left with the Maid Servant of the
said Edward William And the other Notice with the wife of
the said Henry Sibley< no role > Of which the above is a True Copy.

Sworn in Court the 1st. of March 1750.
