Take notice that the Court will be moved at the next general
quarter session of the peace to be held by adjornment at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for the
County of Middx on tuesday the 15th. day of this instant January at ten of the clock in the forenoon or
so soon after as Council can be heard that the plea of Misnomer pleaded by the said Defendent
in December Session last to the bill of Indictment by you preferred against the said Defendent
last October Session may be allowed & the Indictment quashed & that the recognizance entered into
by the said Deft to prosecute the same plea may be discharge dated the 10th. day of January 1750.
