These Informants Severally on their Oaths saith [..]
the said Benjaman Gibson< no role > saith that in Thursday [..]
Seven O Clock in the Evening he this Deponent In Com [..]
Isaac Clark< no role > Stopt the Parisoner Present James Smith< no role > [..]
Boat or Wherry on the River of Thames near Horsely down
Stairs with a Sack of wheat [..] In his Beate on a Violant
Suspicion that the said wheat [..] was Stolen & Isaac Clark< no role > on [..]
his Oath saith that he was In Compy: with the above Benja [..]
Gibson
< no role > at the time & Place aforesaid & Stopt the P [..]
with a Sack of wheat [..] In his Boat as aforesaid Etc [..]
Toms on His Oath Saith that some time on Third
Evening last he this Deponent last out of a Barge L [..]
off Alderman Parsons's Stairs St. Katharines one [..]
of Wheat the Property of Messrs: Cook & Co: & he this Deponent [..]
further saith that the Sack Containeing the said Wh [..]
is the Very same Sack that was so Stolen out of his
