said John Clarke< no role > about 5 o Clock in the Morning at his House in Limehouse
in Middx and the remainder, being about 400 Weight and a halfe to the
said John Rowff< no role > about nine O Clock the same Morning which said 400 and
a half this Deponent John Rowff says be then bought of the Said James
Penpraise
< no role > Joseph Watson< no role > and Henry Faulkner< no role > accordingly at six Pence P
Pound as aforesaid and the said James Penpraise saith that he and the
said Joseph Watson< no role > and Henry Faulkner< no role > so sold the said Tobaco to the said
James Hyath< no role > John Williams< no role > and John Clarke< no role > as stolen Tobacco and each
of them the said James Hyatt< no role > John Williams< no role > and John Clarke< no role > well Knew
the same so respectively bought by them to be Stolen Tobacco and they
the said James Hyatt< no role > John Williams< no role > and John Clark< no role > respectively well
Knew that these Deponent and the said Watson and Faulkner Made it their Constant Practice to Steal Tobacco
out of Lighters on the River of Thomas ad they the said James Hyatt< no role >
John Williams< no role > and John Clarke< no role > had at different Times before respectively
bought of this Deponent and the said Watson and Faulkner other
Quantities of Stolen Tobacco Knowing the same to be Stolen at the
usual and Constant Price of Six Pence Per Pound and never more [..] orless
altho the Tobacco so Stolen and Soldem was at the comon Makett Price
worth Nine Pence P Pound at the least And Saith that the
Said Respective Quantities of Tobacco in question to Sold them the
said James Hyatt< no role > John Williams< no role > and John Clarke< no role > as aforesaid
were also well worth nine Pence Per Pound and lastly
