At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middx at Hickshall in St. John street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday
the twenty sixth day of April in the twenty third year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George
the second King of Great Britain Etc

It appearing to this Court by the Report of the Committee of his Majesty's Justices of the peace of
this County in this behalf appointed made unto this Court, One tenns, that they have examined
the account of the Inspectors employed to take care of the disferpered Cattle in this County and
find the said account to be true, which accounts in the whole to the sum of sixty six pounds and
ten shillings, In which account it is mentioned that there are die to the said Inspectors (to wit)

being 72 day at 5s.} £18--0s--0d

To Ditto from 17th. February to 24th. being one week1--0--0


To Edward Tomkins< no role > from 7th. Decr . 1749 exclusive to 17th. February 1749 inclusive
being 72 days at 5s. and from 17th. February to 24th. being one week at 20s. [..] making
together

This Court being satisfyed of the truth of the Premisses Doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay unto the respective Inspectors abovenamed the said respective sums of
money written over against their respective Names, which sumsannotogether amount in the whole to the
sum of Sixty six pounds and ten Shillngs, and the respective receipts of the said Inspectors together with this
Order shall be sufficient discharges to the said Treasurer for such respective payments,
