James Jones< no role > of the Parish of Aldgate Weaver Confesseth and
saith that he together with Wm. Walker< no role > and James Mercer< no role > about the
hour of one in the Morning between the 9th. and 10th. Instant Ent got
in at the Collar Window in a house in Spittle field and then broke open
an Inner Door which was Lock'd and look and Carryed away one Brass
Pett.

And this Examinant further Confesseth and Saith that about the
Middle of last Week he together with Wm. Walker< no role > and James Mercer< no role >
broke open and Entered the Dwelling house of Mr. Man being the
Sign of the Mappye and two Peogeons in hand Alley Bishopgate
Street and took and Carryed away five fowls Seven Brass Cocks and
a Stew Pan.

And this Examinant further Confesseth and saith that on Monday
last he together with James Mercer< no role > and Wm. Walker< no role > assaulted two
Woman Unknown in on the Kings highway in Spittlefields and took
and Carryed away two Clocks.
