James Mercer< no role > of the Parish of St. Leonard shoreditch Mariner
Confesseth and Saith that he together with James Jones< no role > and Wm.
Walker
< no role > about the hour of one between the 9th. and 10th. Instant got
in at the Cottar Window of a house in Spittle fields near Cock Lane
and broke open an Juner Door of the said house and took and Carryed
away a Brass Pott.

And this Examinant further Confesseth and saith that about the Middle
of last Week he together with James Jones< no role > and Wm .Walker< no role > between
three and four o'Clock in the Morning broke open and Entered the
Dwelling house of a Person Unknown near Bishopgate Street and
took and Carryed away five fowls Seven Brass Cocks and a Stew
Pan

And this Examinant further Confesseth and saith that the beginning
of this Week he together with James [..] Jones< no role > and Wm. Walker< no role > assaulted
two Woman unknown near Spittlefields and look and Carryed away
two Cloaks from their Persons

And this Examinant further Confesseth and saith that some day
the begining of this week he together with James [..] Jones< no role > and Wm.
Walker broke open and Entered the Dwelling house of a Person
unknown and took and Carryed away five Bottles of Lyder
