Swallow street in the parish of
St: James Taylor & of Edward
Bignell

parish of St: Ann Broker

First of all Joseph Rumney< no role > maketh
Oath that he has a strong Suspicion
that one Elizabeth Lodge< no role > did
Felonions by Heal to take a Trass
pet his property of the value of
seven Shillings because she
concossed is & like wise of one
John Neil< no role > who confessed of being
in company wch her & that he took
is out of the Aren & this Informt:
says that on the apprehending of
the said Elizabeth Lodge he went
with her together wth Mrs: Kityhen a
Constable to a Broker shop
where the she wed him the said
prass Pet which she had sold
there Secondly Edward Bignell< no role >
maketh Oath that the aforesaid
John Neil< no role > come to him & told him
a friend of his had a [..] spot to
sell wch is a person who calls
herself Elizabeth Lodge & that
she was an honest wardan &
Accordingly this Informt: bought
the saidbeasspot which is bre [..] gave her
six Shillings & eight Pence for
the said that the said John Neill< no role >
being then in her company
