Whereas the Grand Jury for the County of
Middlesex have fonned a Bill of Indictment against
James Harrison< no role > for a Robbery. And whereas His Majisty
upon Consideration of some Circumstances humbly represented
unto him, hath thought sit to direct that a Noli Prosigns
be entered upon the said Indictment

These are there fore to anthorize & require You to
enter or cause to been entred a Noli prosequi upon the said
Indictment And for your so doing this shall be your
Warrant Dated this second day of March 1749
