That By Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order Under the

aforesaid (One being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Twenty fifth day of August last past

Children (in the said Order called their lawfull Issue) hamely

Twelve Years

Aged Nine Years, And

Six Years Old
were Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Mary at Stratford
Bow
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Hendon
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
That Your Petitioner apprehend themselves aggrieved by
said Pass Warrant or Order And the Judgment of the said two Justices
And Do therefore Humbly Appeal to this Court against the same
But in Regard That One of Your Petitioners Material Witnesses (and without
whose Testimony Your Petitioners cannot as they are Advised with Safety
proceed to Try their said Appeal) is now Absent and Cannot be produced
at this present Quarter Sessions of the Peace to give his Testimony
on the Behalf of Your Petitioners (and it being in Your Petrs. own delay)
Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Pray That
This Court will be pleased to Appoint some day [..]
the next General Sessions of the Peace to be held for
this County, to hear and Determine the matter
touching their said Appeal.
