Justices of the Peace for the Said City & Liberty

This Information on his Oath Saith that one
Robert Buckler (usually frequenting in and about
Covent Garden ) about three weeks Since did bring
unto this Informant One Draft of Order dated Bristole
the 20th. Augt. 1749 Drawn on John Chester< no role > Esqr. in
Heneritta Street Covent Garden London Signed Ann
Buckler for the Sum of 20 (Vallue [..]
payable Six days after date wth. was their [..]
thereby Ordered to be Placed to the account [..]
Said Ann Buckler< no role > as by Advice And this Inform [..]
on his Oath further Saith that the the Said Robert
Buckler< no role > did Soon after his bringing the Said Note
Draft or Order as aforesaid to this Informant with
a felonious intent to defraud this Informant pay
away the Same to him as a good and Valluable note
notwithstanding this Deponent hath great Cause to
believe that he the Said Robert Buckler at that
time well knew the Same to be a Forged Note Draft
or Order and So did with a felonious intent
Publish pay away and Vend the Same and on
the back of the Said note Endorsed his own
name and Ordered the Contents to be paid to
this Informant Since which this Informant
