Know all Men by these Presents That I James Barber< no role > of the Parish
of Saint Johns Horsley Downe in the County of Surry Clerk In Consideration of the
Sum of Tenn pounds and ten Shillings to me now paid by Joseph Brown< no role >
in Satisfaction of Debt and Costs of an Action brought by me against him
And also of an Indictment by me preferred against him
have Remised, Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
