the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Tuesday the fourth Day
of July in the twenty thirdSecondYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is ordered by this Court that the Keeper of this Majesty's Prison
of the Gatehouse Westmr . or his Deputy do to Morrow at ten in the
forenoon being unto this Court under Safe Custody the Body of
Morris Healy< no role > and Sarah Davis< no role > to plead to an Indictment againsthimthem
