Who being upon Oath Says, that a Person now Present who calls
himself James Brown< no role >
als Thompson< no role >
came into her Shop with
another person whose Name is unknownandthis afternoon, and
as soon as they came in the said Brown als Thompson ask'd to look
at a Peice of Clock for Shorts, and the other person desire to look
at some Linnen Cloth, Says that whilst this Informt. was Selling
some Cloth to the other person, the said Brown als Thompson
feloniously and privately took and Carryed out of the said
Shop a quantity of Linnen Cloth the properly of this Informt's.

, And this Informt. further says,
that she is very Possitive to the said Brown als Thompson, and
that the Saw him take out of the Shop the said Cloth underthe
the Flatt of his Coat.
