At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King for the County
of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on
Thursday the eighth day of September in the twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

The Bill of Mr. James Wilder< no role > Clerk to the Justices of the Peace appointed to take care of
the distempered Cattle in this County amounting to thirty nine pound one Shilling and eleven pence
which was produced before the Court at the last Sessions having been referred to the Consideration
of a Committee of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace who are of Opinion that the Sum of three
pounds and three shillings ought to be disallowed to the said James Wilder< no role > , so that after a deduction
of that Sum and of the Sum of twenty pounds by him already received in part pursuant to an
Order of Sessions, there is only remaining due to him upon his said Bill the Sum of Fifteen
pounds eighteen shillings and eleven pence And he desiring that this Court will please to
Order that the said Sum may be paid to him, It is ordered by his Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum of fifteen pounds eighteen shillings and eleven
pence unto the said James Wilder< no role > in full of his said demand, whose Receipt together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment
