Water instead of Beer and Undergonethe Sharpness of Hunger & Cold</p>

Triffling Errands relateing to the Kitchen, Nursing Children, and other Ser<obscured></obscured>

Business And as Your Petr. Master keeps Neither Journgman or Apprentice (Except<lb></lb>
Yor. Petr.) and he Seldom in his Business Your Petr. is therefore Almost Ignorant of<lb></lb>
every part of the Trade for want of proper Instruction</p>
<p n="172">That your Petr. having for some Months past made Complaints to his Father<lb></lb>
in Law on the Subjects above mentioned He about Six Weeks since applied himself to the<lb></lb>
Master for redress, but Heinstead of Giving any kind of Answer to petrs. Father told him<lb></lb>
that no Person should prescribe Rules to him soon after which he said Master beat<lb></lb>
Your Petr. to so great a Degree, that his Flesh was much Discoulered thereby and on<lb></lb>
his Father's going to know the reason thereof the Master pushed both him & your Petr.<lb></lb>
into the Street and when your Petr w<obscured></obscured>
lt in the Evening to his Masters House he refused<lb></lb>
him Entrance so that he must have lain in the Street that and the three Succeeding<lb></lb>
Nigths had he not been taken in by his Father</p>

to go to A Magistrate for redress who on hearing the Matter of Complaint Ordered<lb></lb>
your Petr. to go to his Master and the Master to receive him which was Accordingly<lb></lb>
done, soon after the Master Served Your Petrs. Father in Law, A Constable and<lb></lb>
another persons with Copys of a Writt out of the Court of Comon Pleas and has<lb></lb>
Since enjoyn'd your Petr. Not to come near or See his Pa<obscured></obscured>

<p n="174">Your Petr. therefore most humbly prays Your Worshipps that<lb></lb>
you would be pleased to take his Case into consideration and<lb></lb>
make such Order therein as the Nature thereof requires And<lb></lb>
