At the General Quarter Session of the peace holden for
the County of Middlesex by Adjournment at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street within the said County on Monday
the Tenth day of October 1748. in the 22d. year of the
Reign of King George the Second .

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens & Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westmr in this County have Notice
of this Appeal And that they and all person concerned
do Attend this Court ontheFriday nextday of this
Instant October at atat ten of the Clock in the fore-
noon of the same Day to hear & abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court touching this
Appeal.
