At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in
the County aforesaid [..] by adjornment ontheMonday the tenth day of October In
the Twenty Second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseer of the poor of the
parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Have
Notice of this appeal and that they and all persons Concerned Do Attend this Court On
FridayWednesdaynedt at tenof the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgement and Determinacon of this Court touching the said Appeal
