The Information [..] of Francis Humphry< no role > Taken before Roberts

< no role > Esqr . Coroner for the County of Middlesex & at Pinner
in the County of Middx the 18th. Day of May 1748

Francis Humphry< no role > Servant to Mr. Thredder of the
Parish of Pinner Former - maketh oath & Sayth that Informant &
John White< no role > the deced were last Monday abt. 6 o'
Clock in the afternoon a fishing in a pond in
Pinner Green & that one James who belongs to
St. John at Harrow came by with two loose
Horses & rode on an on other & bid Informant &
deced stop the loose ones, which they did - &
then bid them go away for they must not fish.
which imediatly they did - then in about a
Quarter of an hour afterwards saw James again
Drinking with another man who told this Informt
& the deced that they must not fish, to which
deced replyed we will fish as long as we will
for you (meaning James) cannot hinder us -
then Informant & deced went to Mr. Thredders, who
sent deced for a pannier of pigeons &
Informt. went with him & as they were go
they saw James come Galloping along the
road,on which dobut not on purpose to meet
them or Informant beleives, on which deced
sayd he wod. run away otherwise James wod.
whip him, & then run Cross the road & James
asked Informt. why deced run away, to which
