Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of White Chapel
For unlawfully begetting Sarah Jennings< no role > wth Child of which she
was then Pregnant Which child was likely to be born a Bastd
and to be chargeable to the said parish, She is Since delivered
and the Child Dead and the Charges paid our parish Therefore
our Church Wardens and Overseers desire that Turner may
be discharged from his Recog I am Sr.
