Whereas the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Great
yarmouth
in the County of Norfolk
have exhibited their humble petition &
appeal unto this Court setting forth Milner Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace
for the County of Middx bearing date the thirtieth Day of November

deced was removed from
the parish of St. Giles
the fields in the said County of Middx to the said
parish of Great yarmonth
as the place of her last legal settlement, And that
the Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the said Order of the said
Justice appeal to this Court against the same, whereupon at the
request of the Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of
the said appeal be saved into them, And that the hearing & determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Quarter session of the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles in the fields
(Upon notice of this Order)and all persons concerned
do attend the Court of the said next General Quarter session of the peace
to be holden for the said County of Middx by adjornment on Tuesday
the Nineteenthday of April next at then of the clock in the forenoon to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court
touching the said appeal,
