The Voluntary Examination of

Felonys

Says upon Oath that about two Years as he
made himself acquainted with one William Propey< no role >
and that he desired him to go out in the rights with him
and that atent April in the begining of the First
year he together with William Proper< no role > als Propey als East< no role >
Francis Taylor< no role > and John Plackett< no role > that they at that
time took a Boat from the three Gane Stairs in the
City of London and that they took from Brooks Wharf
Eight Tyle of Coppar which they landor at Queen
Hyth that John Plackett< no role > other win County Jac
told him that Whittingham to whom they sold the above
mentioned Copper would buy any thing and that abt
Octr., Follow the same Company stole from [..] Buls wharfe
One Bole of Copper which thay sold to the same
Whittingham for Seven Pence by the pound and that
he is sure that he knew the same to be Stolen Say
Father that they recived P three pounds for the last

Copper which they sold to the two peachys in Cow Crop
for £10 which last mentioned goods were taken out of

and this Deponent stole Six Bols of Copper from George
