in the said County of Middx to the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50385_geo170">parish of Great yarmouth</rs>

as the place<lb></lb>
of her last legal Settlement, And that the Petitioners thinking themselves<lb></lb>
aggrieved by the said Order of the said Justice appealed to the said Court<lb></lb>
against the same, And whereas by an Order made by the same Court on the<lb></lb>
said fourteenth day of January last the hearing & determining of the said<lb></lb>
appeal was adjourned Untill<obscured></obscured>
this present General Quarter Session of<lb></lb>
the peace holden for the Said County of Middx Now upon motion made unto<lb></lb>
this Court by Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Councel for the said Appellants<lb></lb>
praying that the hearing of the said appeal may be further adjourned and<lb></lb>
offering several reasons for that purpose It is Ordered by this Court that the<lb></lb>
hearing & determining of the said appeal be and the same is hereby<lb></lb>
further adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be<lb></lb>
holden for the said County of Middx, And that the Churchwardens and<lb></lb>
Overseers of the poor of the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50385_geo171">parish of St. Giles in the fields</rs>
