Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County
of Middlesex
to the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
in the said County
as the place of their last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court
against the Same
Therefore Humbly pray this Court will plea [..]
to appoint a time for hearing and Determining the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned may then accend
