To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx: in their General Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary Le Bone in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Ludbey< no role > and Henry Trent< no role > Esqrs. Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the 21st (day of January 1747 George Outing< no role > Hannah< no role > his wife and
their Child (to wit) George< no role > aged four years were removed from the
Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the said County
as the place of their last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court
against the Same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will plea [..]
to appoint a time for hearing and Determining the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned may then accend
