To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of Saint George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order-
under the Hands and Seals of Daniel Gach< no role > and James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. Esqrs. Two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr. in this County
bearing date the 17th. day of September 1747 Katherine Burnet< no role > , Singlewomen
was removed from the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the said County to the sd Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the County
aforesaid as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby Your
Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court-
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray that-
the benefit of the said appeal maybe saved unto
them and that the hearing and determining thereof
may be Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be held for this County

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
