At the Generall Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County aforesaid by-
adjornment on Thursday the fifteenth day of October in the twenty first year of
the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Chelsea in this County have notice of this appeal and that they and all persons
concerned do attend this Court on Saturday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said appeal, And that
the poors Rate within mentioned be produced before this Court at the same time.
