Convicted before Henry Broadhead< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace
for the said County of selling exposing Some Cloths to Sale Contrary to two Acts of
Parliamt. the one Made in the fourth and the other Made in the Sevenths year
of his late Majesty King George the first And Adjudged to haveaforfeited Certain Penaltys
Mentioned in the Said Conviction
That your Petitioner Apprehends and is Advised that the said Conviction is
illegal & wants form
May it please your Worships to Re-hear the said Cause and
to grant to your Petitioner Such relief as in your Judgment
