Know all Men by these Presents That I William Spinnage< no role >
of Knightsbridge in the County of Middlesex Painter

have Remised Releases, and for ever quitt claymed, and and by these presents
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto James How< no role > of
Twickenham in the County aforesaid Coachman (who stands
Indicted at the last Sessions of the Peace held at Hicks Hall in & for the
said County by the Name and Addition of James How< no role > late of Parish of
Ealing in the County of Middlesex Labourer ) his
Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and actions, Cause and Cause of Aciton Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money, Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies, Indictments
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said James How< no role > I

ever has and which I myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim, challenge
or demand, for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
