Saint Sepulchre London Gent.) maketh Oath that he this
Depont. new Present at the house of the abovenamed
Prosecutrix Mary Gray< no role > (Scituate in Long Are in the County of
Middlesex ) and Did then and there See the said Prosecutrix
Mary Gray< no role > Sign, Seal and Deliver Voluntarily the General
Release hereunto Annexed to the said Defendant Sarah Burgess< no role >
on or about the day the said Annexed Release bears date,
and this Depont. saith that the Name Wm. Berkley Appearing
to be a Subscribing Witness to the due Execution of the said
Release, is the proper Name and hand Waiting of this Depont.
the said Release being so Voluntarily Executed by the said
Prosecutrix Mary Gray< no role > in the Presense of this Depont. as aforesd.
