Officer a quantity of wetted Barley in order to the making into Malt<lb></lb>
mentioned in their appeal It was alledged that notice was given on the<lb></lb>
seventh day of July instant to Mr. Edward Whinfield upon whose<lb></lb>
information the said Judgment was given that the said Appellants<lb></lb>
intended to appeal to this Court on this present Tuesday the fourteenth<lb></lb>
day of July instant at ten of the clock in the forenoon against the<lb></lb>
said Judgment and Sentence And it was alledged that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50379_n190-3">Edward<lb></lb>
Whinfield</rs>

that Mr. Glanvill had Yesterday being the first day of this Quarter<lb></lb>
Sessions moved this Court as Councel for the said Mr. Whinfield without<lb></lb>
any notice given to the Appellants and obtained an Order that the<lb></lb>
hearing of the said appeal should be adjourned and that the same<lb></lb>
should be heard by this Court on Fryday next and it was prayed And<lb></lb>
this Court doth accordingly Order that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50379_n190-4">Edward Whinfield</rs>
