To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx now assembled at the
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the said
County

The Humble Petition of Ann Ditcher< no role >

Sheweth


The the place of Matron of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in this County is now become Vacant by the Death of
Jane [..] Cavenagh< no role > lately deceased

That your Petitioner is the Wife of John Ditcher< no role > who
hath for many years attended Your Worships during the Sessions
held at Hicks Hall in and for the said County, and is now become
infirm and incapable of getting her Living, humbly prayeth Your
Worships that you will be pleased to appoint her Matron of the said
House of Correction in the room of the said Sarah Cavenagh< no role >

And your Petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray Etc
