Esqr. two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the Sd County of Middx Cone whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 31st. day of March last
Jane Ambridge< no role > This name instance is in set 00. fourteen years & Thomas
Ambridge< no role > This name instance is in set 00. aged twelve Years were removed
Conveyed from the Parish of Hampstead in the
said County, to the said parish of St. Mary Alder
Mary as the place of their last legall Settlement

Yor. Petr. think themselves Aggrieved by
this Sd. pass Warrant or Order of the Sd. two
Justices of the Peace , Appeale to this Court
against the same & humbly pray your
Worships to hear and Determine the
same
