Know All Men by these presents that I Henry Doughty< no role > of-
Snarford Hall in the County of Lincoln Esqr . Have Made Ordained Constituted and
Appointed and by these presents Do Make Ordain Constitute and Appoint
Francis Risden< no role > of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
Esqr . Thomas Buckle< no role > of Lincolns Inn in the the County of Middlesex Gent Edward Hope< no role >
of the Parish of Saint George the Martyr in the said County of Middlesex Gent
and Samuel Mabbat< no role > of the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn Stationer
Jointly and Severally my true and lawful Attorney and Attorneys for me at
the Next or any Subsequent Quarter Sessions to be held for the said County of
Middlesex or any Adjournment thereof and in the presence of two or more
Justices of the Peace for the same County in Open Sessions to Subscribe my
Name Unto Such Registry or Entry of my Name and Estate in the Books or
Rolls kept by the Clerk of the Peace for the same County for that Purpose as
Shall be produced by the said Clerk of the Peace at the said Quarter Sessions or
any Adjournment thereof And further to do all such Matters and things
for the due Registring my Name and Estate Pursuant to the Statute in
that Case Made and Provided as Shall be found requisit and Necessary to be
done and to them the said Francis Risden< no role > Thomas Buckle< no role > Edward Hope< no role >
and Samuel Mabbat or any of them Shall Seem Meet and Convenient
Ratifying and by these presents Confirming and Allowing Whatsoever my
said Attorneys or any of them Shall do or Cause to be done in or about

hereunto Set My Hand and Seal the Fourth- day of July in the Eighteenth
Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of the God
of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in
