Prisoners out tho House of Correction at Clerkenwell .
on Saturday the Eleventh day of December 1742. Do
Certify that wee have Examined the within written Account
and that the Sume of Five Pounds Thirteen Shilling & Eight Pence
is due to Mr. Samuel Jaycock< no role > Baker of the Bread mentioned
in the said Account.
