The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Town
of Hampton in the said County

Sheweth

That by An Order bearing date the 13th. Day of October last
past under the Hands & Seals of Gideon Harvey< no role > & Richard
Manley< no role > Esqrs. two of His Maties: Justices of the Peace for the
City & Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middx
One whereof being of the Quorum Francis < no role > aged Eight
Years & John < no role > aged Seven Years two Children of Charles
Parsons< no role > were Removed from the Parish of St. Margaret
in the said City & Liberty of Westminster in the said County
of Middx to the said Town of the Hampton as the place of
the last Legal Settlement of the said Charles Parsons< no role >
and his said two Children

Yor. Petrs. thinking themselves aggrieved by the
said Order of the said two Justices Appeal to
this Court against the same

And Pray that this Court will Please
to appoint some Day this Session to
hear & Determine the same
