Take Notice that I will appear at the General Quarter Sessions of
the peace to be held at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the-
County of Middlesex , by Adjornment, on Monday next being the
Twentyeth day of this instant February at ten of the Clock in the Fore-
noon of the same Day, and will then and there Contess and plead-
guilty to the Indictment you pr.ferred agt. me in last May
Session for an Assault upon you: Dated this 14th. Day of
February 1737.
