I do hereby Continue my Notice given you for Friday the 13th. Day of
January Instant to plead Guilty to the Indictment preferred against me by you
for assaulting and beating you Untill Tuesday the seventhday of the
same Month at ten of the Clock in the forenoon at the Session to be
holden at hicks's hall in St. John Street in and for the County of Middlesex
where I will then & there appear dated [..] 16th. January 1737
