Theobald of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the
[..] of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saint that he
Dept. did on the Eighth day of this instant December
have a true Copy of the Notice hernunto Annexed at the
last Place of above as this Dept. was Informed where
the Said John Macklean and Sophia< no role > his Wife who is the
Prosents in the above said Notice with one Thomas
Williamson< no role > who hath been as Lodger in the Said house
with the Said Mackelean and Wife for this two Years
last Past And the Sd Thomas Williamson< no role > at the same
time of the Detrvers of the Said Notice Acquainted this
Dept. that the Said John Macklean And the
Prosernting Sophia< no role > his Wife has been run on sons from
their habitation to Scotland for rent as was due
to their Landlord from the Said John Macklean and
Sophia< no role > his Wife As the Said Thomas Williamson< no role >
Informed this Wife Dept. at the Deliver of the Copys of
the Said Notice hereunto Annexed And this Dept.
Further Saith that he Acquainted Mr.Compton who was the
Proserntiv's Attorney Agent or Sollrcitor of the Deliver
of the Said Notice who Informed this Dept. that he would
Attend this Honble Court in order to have the Dept. Discharged
