At the General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the fifth day of September in the eleventh year of the
reign of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the fields in this County have notice of
this appeal, and that they & all persons concerned do attend this
Court on Friday next at nine of the clock in the forenoon to heare &
abide the Judgement & determination of this Court touching the said
appeal,
