The King agt. Thomas Scott< no role > .

Nathaniel Jones< no role > Esqr . maketh Oath That he having
preferred a Cross Indictment agt. Thomas Scott< no role > some year
past and moved this Court thereupon That both the Traverses
might come on together and had a Bench Warrant agt. the
sd. Scott whom he has been several Times to seak after and
that this Depont. is informed That the sd. Scott is a Cole
heaver And this Dept. has been put to very great Expend
in respiting his Recognizance from Time to Time and the sd.
Scott hath not yet appeared & pleaded to the sd. Cross
Indictmt. this Notice has been given him by this Depont.
That this Court had made an Order that both these Causes
Should come on together.
