Prosecution of Elizabeth Round< no role > his Wife

Robt Richardson< no role > of the Middle Temple Gentleman
Maketh Oath That He this Depont. Did Yesterday the Eighth
Instant Serve Mr. Brideoake Solicitor for the Prosecutrix in this
Cause with the Notice annext by Delivering a true Copy thereof to
his the said Mr. Brideoake Wife at his House in Bishops Court in
the Little Old Bayly & Did also the Same Day Deliver a true Copy of
the sd. Notice to the Prosecutrix Mrs Elizabeth Rounds And this Dep [..]
further Sayth the Deft being abt. the Sixth of June last Arrested for
One Hundred and twenty Seven pounds on a Promissory Note of
Hand of the said Elizabeth Rounds bearing Date before her
Inter marriage with the sd. Deft This Depont. did Some few Days
after to with on or abt. the 9th. or Tenth of June last Cause the
Said Deft to be removed by Habeas Corpus into the Custody of the
Marshal of the Kings Bench Prison Where He has ever Since
remained charged with the sd. Debt a Close Prisoner As this
Deponent verily Relieves this Depont. Yesterday the Eighth
Instant being in Company with the said Deft in the said
Prison And thisDeftDepont. further Sayth That from
Several Matters and Circumstances this Depont. is
Acquainted with [..]

[..] He this Depont. believes That the said Deft in so
Imprisoned by the Contrivance & through the Procurement
of his said Wife the Prosecutrix in this Cause
