The Church-wardens and Overseers the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
and to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Samu. [..]
in the Sd County of Middlesex

Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary
and Seals are hereunto Set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for the County aforesaid,
That Ann< no role > the wife of John Lary< no role >
hath
lately intruded herself into your Said Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel
there to Inhabit as your Parishioner Contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there like to become charge
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati
on and Enquiry made into the Premises, Upon Oath
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Ann< no role > the wife of the Said John Lary< no role >
is
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Ann< no role > the wife of the said John
Lary
< no role > is in the said Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the said County of Middx

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel aforesaid that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Ann< no role > the
wife of the said John Lary< no role >
from your said Parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel to the said Parish of Saint Clement
Danes and them deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewife required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Cafe made, forthwith [..]
receive the said Ann< no role > the wife of the said John Lary< no role >
into their said Parish and provide for them
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals,
Seven Penth Day of May in the Year of [..]
Lord One Thousand seven Hundred and Thirty Seven.
