The Defendt. Cooper was Indicted in last September Session
for an Assault upon one George Welch< no role > was taken up [..]
as Judges Wart for the same,and bound to plead in October [..]
following, which he accordingly did, and put in Baill in [..]
Order for his Tryall at this Present Sessions:

But at the same Sessions in October the Defendt. [..]
was advised and directed to Indict the said Welchps prese [..]
in this Cause) together with his Wife and others being [..]
sole Aggressors for an Assaultuponupon him at the same time [..]

Now as there are Cross Indictmts. depending in this Court
Move to have the Defendt. Coopers Recogn respited
till the next Sessions, And that the Court would be pleased to
Order that the several Indictmts. (being all for one and [..]
same Fact) may be tryed together at the same time in
the next Quarter Sessions.
