holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street [..]
County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the ninth day of
December in the tenth yeare of the reign of our Sovereign Lar [..]

and also to hear & determine divers felonys trespasses & other
insdeeds comitted in the same County,

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwarden & Overs [..]
the poor of the parish of St. Bottolph without Aldersgate in [..]
County against an Order under the hands & Seals of Richard Ric [..]
& Richard Farmer< no role > Esquires two of his Maties Justices of the pea [..]
for the said County (one being of the Quorum) bearing date th [..]
seventeenth day of September last whereby Thomas Clar< no role > [..]
who was likely to be chargeable to the parish of St. Mary WhiteC [..]
in this County was removed from the said Parish of St. M [..]
WhiteChapple to the said Parish of St. Bottolph without Alderg [..]
the last place of his legal settlement (the hearing & determining of [..]
appeal being exhibited at the last General Quarter Session [..]
peace holden for this County, which began & was holden at [..]
& for the same County on Thursday in the week next after th [..]
of St. Michael the Archangel ( to wit) the seventh day of October
last past and was from thence continued by Several adjor [..]
untill & holden by adjormnt. on Monday the sixth day of
Decembernowinstant at Hickshall in St. John Street in & for
this County, was by an Order made by the Court of the same Gene [..]
Quarter Session on the day last mentioned adjourned Untill this
present General Session of the peace holden for the same County
And Upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Mary WhiteChapple and also by Councel for the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Bot [..]
without Aldersgate , And upon debate of the matter It is [..]
consent of Mr. Bolton Vestry-Clerk of the said parish of St. M [..]
White Chapple and Agent for the same Parish Ordered by this
that the aforesaid appeal be allowed And this Court doth
of the same accordingly, And that the aforesaid Order of the said
Justices be Vacated & discharged and the Same is hereby van [..]
& discharged accordingly, And this Court doth Order that the
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Bottolph without
Aldersgate do forthwith remove & convey the said Thomas C [..]
