At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King Holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks's Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Sixth day
of December in the Tenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain France and
Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseer's of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the Liberty of Westm.
in the County of Middlesex have Notice of this Appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do Attend this Court onFriday Thursday next at
ninea Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgemt,
And Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
