Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Alhallows on the Wall

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrt. under the
hands & Seals Gideon Harvey< no role > & Owen Davies< no role > Esqrs
two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
second day of September last Mary< no role > the Wife of Phillip
Wallis< no role > was removed from the Parish of St. Margarets
in the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
to the Parish of Alhallows on the Wall London as
the Place of her last legall Settlement

Your Petrs. humbly conceiving themselves
Aggreived by the Warrant & Judgment of the said
two Justices humbly Appeal against the same
