At the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Westminster in the County aforesd. on
Thursday the Seventh Day of October in the Tenth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 2d. King
of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the within named
Lewis Charles Inshan< no role > have Notice of the within written petition
& of this Order and that he & all persons concerned do attend this
Court at Hickshall in Saint John Street in the said County on Thursday the fourteenth Day of October Instant at Nine
of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment &
Determination of this Court touching the Matters contained in
the sd. petition.
