Executed the Office of Constable of the said Parish
for the Year Last past.

That Yor: Petr: having Served for the Space
of One year and upwards and no Court Lect having
been held for the Mannor wherein the said
Parish is

Your Petitioner therefore
Humbly Prays that he may be
Discharged from his said Office
and that one of the Inhabitants
here under named may be Sworn
in his Room.
