That your Petitioners were Robbed last May by<lb></lb>

and your petitioners had the Prisoner taken and<lb></lb>
brought her before Mr. <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50319_occ49">Justice Deveile</rs>

who<lb></lb>
wrote a Commitment and your Petitioners<lb></lb>
brought the Prisoner to <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50319_geo122">Saint Martins in the<lb></lb>
fields round house</rs>

and offered the Prisoner to<lb></lb>
the Watch who refused to take Charge of the<lb></lb>
Prisoner and your Petitioners brought her to<lb></lb>
their house untell next day and then carried<lb></lb>
her to one Palmer a Constables house and<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
the Commitment to the Constables son who<lb></lb>
went up to his father who did not come down<lb></lb>
to take the prisoner into Custody and your<lb></lb>
Petitioners left the Prisoner in Charge with the<lb></lb>
Constables son and a Servt. and the Prisoner<lb></lb>
made an Escape and your petitioners not being<lb></lb>
acquainted with what to do and a Stranger to<lb></lb>

and now being Served with<lb></lb>
notice that our Cognizance would be restreted<lb></lb>
into ye Excheqr if your petitrs. did not appear and most<lb></lb>

to order your petitioners to be discharged<lb></lb>
being poor persons that are not able to pay<lb></lb>
any money and humbly request your honors<lb></lb>
