At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the Nineteenth Day of July in
the Tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the within named Thomas
Horn< no role > have Notice of the Petition & that he and all Persons
Concerned do attend the Court of the next General session of the Peace
to be holden for this County by Adjornmt. on Saturday the fourth
day of September next at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon to
hear & abide the Judgment & determination of this Court
touching the Matters contained in the sd Petition
